Shipping Destinations
- We deliver to all postal addresses globally.
- Courier services do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; therefore, please provide a full street address with a valid pin/zip code.
Delivery Conditions
- In countries like the USA and others, residential shipments may be left at your doorstep if no one is available to receive them. To avoid disputes, ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
- No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. Deliveries on Saturdays may be possible for an additional charge, depending on the location.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight / Volumetric of your order, whichever is higher. All weights are rounded up to the next 1000 grams as per the policies of our courier partners.
- The shipping rate reduces as the size of your order increases, offering a cost-effective solution for larger orders.
- Shipping to any address in India is free of charge. But ODA (Out of Delivery Area) deliveries may incur additional shipping charges and longer transit times.
Transit Times
- Most orders are shipped via leading courier services like AICS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and Speed Post.
- Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days for major cities in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, from the date of Dispatch.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 48–72 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Estimated shipping times are mentioned on the product details page; actual delivery may vary depending on product availability and other factors.
Packaging
- All items are securely packaged in protective polythene and durable corrugated boxes to ensure safe transit.
- Some products are packaged in Wooden Box for extra safety and as per the Customs requirement on Shipping.
Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details. Please note tracking information may take up to 24 business hours to become active.
Address Changes
- Address modification requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email support@indigoethnics.com for assistance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- VAT, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
- From 1st July 2021, all shipments to the EU are subject to VAT. The prices listed on our website do not include these charges.
- Additional service charges by courier companies may apply in some cases.
Delays and Transit Risks
- Indigo Ethnics is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control. We will notify you promptly in case of unusual delays.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages or damages occurring after delivery.
- If your shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate for 15 days before reshipping or refunding the order.
Multiple Deliveries
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure the safety of your products during transit.
Returns Due to Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address. Any additional fees incurred for incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.
